Without equal, the worst evils mankind has ever had to endure have all been inflicted by big governments. This is an examination of the major democides in the 20th century. It is a list of the people murdered by their own government. The 20th century saw everything from the evils of the Nazis & the Holocaust to the big, strong, central governments of Communist & Socialist states. However, the Nazis only killed 150,000 of their own German citizens in the Holocaust.
What brings a government to kill its own citizens? Something so evil even the Nazis didn’t do much of it. Why is it that powerful central governments have caused so many evils while the freer countries with smaller governments were spared?
Milton Friedman once asked that same question: “Has socialism failed because its good qualities were perverted by evil men who got in charge? Was it simply because Stalin took over from Lenin that communism went the way it did? Has capitalism succeeded despite the immoral values that pervade it? I think the answer to both questions is in the negative. The results have arisen because each system has been true to the values it encourages, supports and develops in the people who live under that system.”
My theory is as follows:
Both socialism & communism require a commitment to the use of force. You cannot decide what to do with the other guy’s money unless you are committed to use force to take that money from him. All socialist programs are mandatory. My friends and I get together, decide what we think is “good” then force you to participate. If you are a 25 year old with a terminal disease you are forced to contribute 12% of your wage to social security even though you will never retire. It does not matter that the difference in salary may have allowed you to do that one last thing on your bucket list. Force is a necessary pre-requisite for socialism to exist.
I believe it is because socialism, as a system, is based upon using force against your fellow citizen that it also so happens the worst atrocities visited upon citizens by their own governments have been inflicted by socialist governments. It is a matter of, as Friedman said, being true to the values socialism encourages in those living under that system. Here is a list of the largest killings in the 20th century of citizens by their own governments:
- 40-70 million killed. China under Chairman Mao. Single Party Socialism. 1958-61 “The Great Leap Forward”.
- 20 million killed. USSR under Joseph “socialism in one country” Stalin. 1936-52 “The Great Purge”.
- 40 million killed. USSR under all other leaders.
- 4 million killed. Cambodia under Pol Pot. Communist. 1975-79.
- 1.6 million murdered; 4 million killed in hard labor. North Korea under Kim Il Sung. Independent socialist State.
- 1.15 million killed. Yugoslavia under Josip ” socialist federation President” Tito. 1945-65.
- 1 million total killed. Ethiopia under Menghistu. Communist. 1975-1978 “The Red Terror.”
- 1 million killed. Indonesia under Suharto. Communist. 1966.
- 1 million killed from genocide; this does not include war casualties. Afghanistan under Brezhnev. Communist. 1979 – 1981.
- 800,000 killed. Rwanda under Jean Kambanda. 1994. Socialist.
The old expression was that “Socialism Breeds Mediocrity, Capitalism Breeds Exceptionalism.” As the numbers above show you socialism breeds a lot more than mediocrity.

Will enough Americans 'awaken' in time to the 'matrix' we're living within to help prevent what could make the killing sprees of the socialist trio of the worst mass murderers in history seem like child's play? As has been reported for several years recently, government has been stocking up in huge numbers on weaponry, ammunition and preparing for something huge. Why do they need all of those guns and bullets? Do they know something that we don't know?
Over the last several years we have documented with clockwork regularity Venezuela's collapse into failed state status, which was cemented several weeks ago when news hit that "Venezuela had officially run out of money to print new money." At that point the best one could do was merely to step back and watch as local society and civilization turned on itself, unleashing what would ultimately turn into Venezuela's own, sad apocalypse.
Last night we showed what Caracas, looks like this week:
As we wrote then these are simply hungry Venezuelans protesting that their children are dying from lack of food and medicine and that they do not have enough water or electricity. As AgainstCronyCapitalism added, this is a country with more oil than Saudi Arabia, and the government has stolen all the money and now they bottleneck peaceful protesters and threaten them with bombs (or haul them to prison and torture them).
As pure desperation has set in, crime has becomes inevitable. A man accused of mugging people in the streets of Caracas was surrounded by a mob of onlookers, beaten and set on fire, who published a pixeled-out but still graphic video of the man burning as mob justice is now the supreme arbiter of who lives and who dies:
"Roberto Fuentes Bernal, 42, was reportedly caught trying to mug passersby in the Venezuelan capital, and before police arrived at the scene, the crowd took the law into their own hands." The video can be seen here.
Now, in the latest shocking development, Venezuela saw a new wave of looting this week that resulted in at least two deaths, countless wounded, and millions of dollars in losses and damages.
According to Panampost, on Wednesday morning, a crowd sacked the Maracay Wholesale Market in the central region of Venezuela. According to the testimonies of merchants, the endless food lines that Venezuelans have been enduring to do groceries could not be organized that day.
As time went by, desperate Venezuelans grew anxious over not being able to buy food. Then they started jumping over the gates and stormed the supermarket.
"They took milk, pasta, flour, oil, and milk powder. There were 5,000 people" one witness told Venezuela outlet El EstÃmulo.
People from across the entire state came to the supermarket because there were rumors that some products not found anywhere else would be sold there.
As a result of the massive crowd, the authorities were unable to preserve the peace. "There were 250 people for each National Guard officer… lots of people and few soldiers. At least one officer was beat up because he tried to stop the crowd,” another source told El EstÃmulo.
Other food dispensaries run by the government were also looted by the people.
Far from the promised socialist paradise, as the massive group of people moved, an entrance gate collapsed under the weight of the crowd, leaving several wounded.
You may not believe the incredible things that one member of Congress is saying about the corruption of our political system and the gullibility of the American people. In a brand new book entitled “The Confessions of Congressman X“, one anonymous member of the U.S. House of Representatives confesses that he hardly ever reads the bills that he votes on, that his main job is to get reelected, and that it is “far easier than you think to manipulate a nation of naive, self-absorbed sheep who crave instant gratification”.
This book is being published by Mill City Press, and it is being billed as “a devastating inside look at the dark side of Congress as revealed by one of its own.” I don’t know if you would classify this anonymous member of Congress as “brave” since he does not wish to reveal his identity, but the things that he is admitting confirm suspicions that many of us have had for a very long time. Just check out a few of the most important quotes from his book…
-“Most of my colleagues are dishonest career politicians who revel in the power and special-interest money that’s lavished upon them.”
-“My main job is to keep my job, to get reelected. It takes precedence over everything.”
-“Fundraising is so time consuming I seldom read any bills I vote on. Like many of my colleagues, I don’t know how the legislation will be implemented, or what it’ll cost.”
-“Voters are incredibly ignorant and know little about our form of government and how it works.”
-“It’s far easier than you think to manipulate a nation of naive, self-absorbed sheep who crave instant gratification.”
-“It’s about getting credit now, lookin’ good for the upcoming election.”
-“We spend money we don’t have and blithely mortgage the future with a wink and a nod. Screw the next generation.”
But everyone knows that those things are not likely to happen any time soon. With each passing year, we come closer to resembling other extremely evil and wicked societies that experienced great falls. What we are doing right now is not even close to being sustainable. If we continue on this current path, it is only a matter of time before our nation completely implodes.
My hope is that there will be a mass awakening and the United States will be pulled back from the brink at the last moment, but the truth is that it may already be too late for that.
The U.S. Air Force is now short 4,000 airmen to maintain its fleet, short 700 pilots to fly them and short vital spare parts necessary to keep their jets in the air. The shortage is so dire that some have even been forced to scrounge for parts in a remote desert scrapheap known as “The Boneyard.”
Who would have ever thought ten-years-ago that our Air Force would be reduced to scraping for spare parts? But, here we are. Operations and training exercises not fulfilled. On top of this disgrace, there are fewer airmen and pilots to do the same jobs.
This is wearing on these people. They are being stretched to the point that many are giving up and going back to civilian life. And this leaves us with less and fewer men and women with experience. Which makes our Air Force weaker and less likely to fight efficiently.
While many have been quick to point out that the latest Executive Order signed by Barack Obama to 'ensure a smooth transition' between the new, incoming president in January 2017 and his administration is standard and only traditional and George Bush signed such an Executive Order as well, as we learn in the 1st video, this latest Executive Order may be anything but 'standard' and 'traditional' and differs greatly from the one George Bush signed back in 2008 in one major way as looked at in much more detail below.
Considering everything else that we've been witnessing around the world recently, including John Kerry's recent statement to graduates at Northeastern University to 'prepare for a borderless world' as well as Barack Obama's recent warning to graduates of Howard University to 'be ready for profound change in our society and our economy', some believe that Mr. Obama's most recent Executive Order may be preparing for the 'final false flag' in America to bring in the 'New World Order'. When this Executive Order first was released, (yes, on a Friday...why Friday?) we too believed this was quite normal as we were aware of the similar order signed by Bush back in October of 2008, soon before the November election. However, once we began researching it, we noticed one major difference compared to the one Bush signed back in 2008; this Executive Order specifically mentions that the 'transition team' will be involved in the preparing and hosting of interagency emergency preparedness and response exercises as seen in the screenshot of the new executive order above.

Is that what these 'exercises' refer to? In this Jubilee Year 2016, Pope Francis affirmed communism as the best structure for humankind and the European Union.
He did so upon receiving the Charlemagne Prize last week and made a speech that included the following comment: “We need to move from a liquid economy prepared to use corruption as a means of obtaining profits, to a social economy that guarantees access to land and lodging through labor.”
Read that quote carefully. What is he proposing here?
He wants to move from a “liquid economy”… what does that mean? My only guess is that he wants the economy to be less fluid… more controlled. He then seems to imply that making profits (creating wealth, you know, the stuff that enables him to sit on his golden thrones in his massive militarized compound) is in some way corrupt. He then wants to move to a “social economy”, which I presume means socialism/communism. And through that he wants to “guarantee” access to land and lodging through labor.
You know who else received guaranteed access to lodging through labor? African slaves in the 1800s.
For this Pope it seems a kind of slavery is best suited to the human condition. Everyone is entitled to the essentials and not much more. And in return, everyone “labors.”
In actual fact, your average American today is essentially a free-range slave. Most data showing the average American’s expenditures show that nearly half of their income goes towards paying the plantation owner (the government), and then the rest goes to pay for “lodging” (rent or mortgage – and they don’t actually own the house even if paid off as they have to pay the plantation every year to live in it, called “property tax”), then food, then medical care (in order to keep them working), then transportation (which is mostly used to get to and back from their workplace). After that, it is estimated, that your average American has less than 10% left for themselves.
The Pope, apparently, would like to see that 10% done away with and just supply housing and bare necessities to the slaves… sorry, citizens.
Some will scoff and say, “The Pope should just shut up when it comes to politics and economics.” And they are right, of course.
But he plays a a large role in rolling out the New World Order, Agenda 2030, system. More than 1 billion people around the world listen to him talk about Marxism. He’s kind-of given up on the God and Jesus thing anyway.
Recently, he has been saying that individual choice supersedes the Word of God. And he has been trying to combine all the world’s religions into one, whether it is with Jesus or not… Jesus is kind-of being pushed aside and forgotten. Probably because Jesus was an anarchist who believed in the Golden Rule… that rule would not allow for a forced worldwide communist government.

As the year continues, we see more and more statements like the one that Pope Francis just made. The foundation of a further destruction of human culture in order to build a New World Order continues.
In the Pope’s case, much of his statement upon winning the Charlemagne Prize is based on UN agenda 21 and the subsequent Agenda 2030 that we recently wrote about HERE.
The UN Agenda 2030 is a blueprint for out-and-out slavery, a condition in which the boot will stamp down on the human face for eternity.
The ramifications are tremendous, though, as usual, the media either glosses over the Pope’s words and meaning or reinterprets his statements to make them sound sentimental and “religious.”
In his address during the Charlemagne awards ceremony, it becomes very clear that he is not talking about voluntarism, but coercion. He uses the word ”guarantee.”
Something that is guaranteed is not voluntary.
